Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made and personalized orders, including memory keepsakes and upcycled items made to your specifications

• Gift cards and downloadable products

• Sale and clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@decorousdesigns.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements may be ineligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
